Acted as Administrative Secretary in a DIS arbitration between a UAE project developer against two Dutch manufacturers arising out of contractual claims pertaining to IP-related issues, with German Law as the governing law and Stuttgart as the place of the arbitration
Acted as Administrative Secretary in a Hamburg Chamber of Commerce arbitration between a Russian developer and manufacturer against a German investor revolving around claims arising out of the contract, including IP issues, with German Law as the governing law and Hamburg as the place of the arbitration
Advised a leading German industry federation on a complex set of Incoterms-based contracts
Advised a German B2B service provider for virtual offices on tortious claims against an Italian investor (including interim relief)

Prior to joining BODENHEIMER, Ms Walbeck served in multiple positions at, inter alia, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, the German Federal Competition Authority (Bundeskartellamt), and two German mid-market firms.
