CAREER MILESTONES
Erik Schäfer has been an attorney since 1993. After passing the bar exam in Frankfurt (Main), he worked as a consultant at the Secretariat of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris. Following this, he was in charge of legal matters in a patent department. Before joining BODENHEIMER, he worked as an attorney and later as a partner (2002) at COHAUSZ & FLORACK Patent- und Rechtsanwälte in Düsseldorf since 1997, where he retired at the end of 2022.
