GÖRG Founding Partner Christof Siefarth and His Team Join Disputes Firm BODENHEIMER
New Structure with Salary Partners To Facilitate Further Growth
A new chapter is about to be added to the impressive success story of BODENHEIMER. Founded in 2017, the dispute firms’ partners Dr Rouven F Bodenheimer, Axel Benjamin Herzberg, and Björn Gehle are now welcoming GÖRG Founding Partner Dr Christof Siefarth and his team to their Cologne office. Dr Siefarth joins BODENHEIMER after nearly 25 years as an Equity Partner at GÖRG, one of Germany’s largest full service law firms.
Christof Siefarth who is also admitted to the New York bar and has a large client base in the United States is highly experienced in both disputes and distribution matters. Along with him, Associated Partner Dr Sebastian Feiler and Junior Associate Dr Philipp Stöckle as well as additional legal and non-legal staff are making the leap towards BODENHEIMER.
BODENHEIMER have been around for nearly four years and are already considered a “frequently recommended disputes boutique” (JUVE 2019/20). With offices in Berlin and Cologne, the firm is on a level playing field with disputes industry’s big shots, nationally and internationally, when it comes to arbitration, complex litigation, and ADR. “The founders’ dedication to leaving a truly global footprint as well as their visionary entrepreneurial spirit make them stand out from all competitors on the German market”, says Christof Siefarth.
Between January and June 2020 – amidst the CoVid pandemic – BODENHEIMER have hired three associates. As the team continues to grow, the firm also creates a “Salary Partner” track as a stepping stone position. Next to new joiner Dr Sebastian Feiler, BODENHEIMER’s own breeds Kathrin Walbeck and Müge Bakırcıoğlu (Erdoğmuş) have qualified for this new step on the career ladder.
With the expansion, BODENHEIMER will, as of 01 October 2020, be the single largest, dedicated disputes firm in the German-speaking region.
