João Costa holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) diploma in International Dispute Resolution from Humboldt Universität Berlin, having been granted a “Best Student” award for outstanding academic performance. He also holds a Postgraduate specialization diploma in Civil Procedural Law and a bachelor’s degree in law. He is a graduate from the University of São Paulo (Brazil).
