The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) started its operations in 1991 as a not-for-profit organization. The institution handles proceedings for solving mainly international disputes. Although the function of administrating and supervising arbitration procedures remains centralized with SIAC’s Secretariat in Singapore, the institution has representative offices in Mumbai, Gujarat, Seoul, and Shanghai.
