CAREER MILESTONES
Mr Gehle began his career at a magic circle firm in London (UK) & Frankfurt (Germany), where he was working in the areas of International arbitration, corporate finance and mergers & acquisition. Later he worked as a special counsel at a leading Australian law firm in Sydney where he was in charge of international commercial arbitration cases, constructions & major projects and investment treaty arbitration. After that he continued his career as a partner of two major international law firms in their Dubai office (UAE) where he was responsible for international commercial arbitration cases, major projects in energy & construction and real estate disputes. Prior to becoming part of BODENHEIMER he was an independent arbitrator based in Dubai (UAE).

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Mr Gehle holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, College of Law Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration, University of Queensland and a Diploma in Law, University of Sydney. He obtained his Second State Exam from the Higher Regional Court of Hessia, Wiesbaden (Germany) and his First State Exam from University of Münster (Germany). He started his law studies at the Philipps University Marburg (Germany). Additionally, he was praised with the Fréderic Eisemann Award, Pieter Sanders Award and Werner Melis Award by the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, Vienna.
